artist john ros, j o h n r o s studio llc, and its education arm studioELL (together “the studio”) operate johnros.com and studioELL.org (together the “sites”). the studio is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit or interact with the sites. by using the sites you agree to be bound by this privacy policy and the studio’s terms of use.
information we collect
- orders and payments: if you purchase products or services we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and payment details. payment card information is processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store card numbers.
- newsletters: you may opt into or out of newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- emails: if you email us we may retain your message to respond and improve our services. materials sent to the studio are treated as non-confidential unless otherwise agreed.

indemnification
